Yoga Retreat

A holistic experience that goes beyond the physical practice of yoga, combining mindful movement, breathwork, and immersion in nature to nourish
body and mind.

A yoga retreat offers the rare opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the journey of self-discovery and self-improvement. Unlike daily classes, where time is often limited, a retreat allows for deeper exploration—not only of the physical postures (asanas) but also of the spiritual and mental aspects of yoga, which are just as crucial, if not more.

Yoga is more than a physical practice; it purifies the inner being through techniques like Kunjal Kriya and Jal Neti, restoring balance and vitality. A yoga retreat provides the controlled environment needed to focus on these elements, including the ability to coordinate cleansing kriyas, healing asanas, and mindful eating practices that can reset your body from within.

At a retreat, expert guidance and a nurturing atmosphere foster an enriching and transformative experience. You’ll find the time, space, and support to develop a deeper mind-body connection, allowing you to elevate your practice when you are ready. A retreat is not a quick fix, but it gives you the foundation and the momentum to integrate yoga into your daily life—fostering lasting mental, spiritual, and physical well-being.

Itinerary

Morning Session

We begin the day with a 6 AM yoga practice, incorporating cleansing techniques like Kunjal Kriya and Jal Neti. These cleansing rituals help detoxify the body and clear the respiratory system, preparing you for deeper physical and mental engagement throughout the day. This is followed by an invigorating Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow from 8 AM to 9 AM, designed to build strength, flexibility, and concentration

Morning Hike

Following breakfast, we'll embark on a two-hour hike through the majestic Himalayan landscape, surrounded by lush flora and vibrant birdlife like the Himalayan Monal. As we explore these serene trails, you'll not only experience physical rejuvenation but also gain insight into the local culture. Encountering village communities along the way offers a glimpse into their rich traditions and harmonious connection with nature.

Afternoon Rest
& Reflection

After lunch, you'll have time to rest and allow your body to digest and recuperate. This pause not only aids digestion but also enhances focus and energy for the remainder of the day.

Afternoon Breathing
& Meditation
(4 PM - 5 PM)

The afternoon session focuses on breathing exercises and meditation techniques to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Techniques like diaphragmatic breathing and mindfulness meditation help calm the nervous system, bringing a sense of inner peace. We may also explore guided imagery and loving-kindness meditation to cultivate positive mental states.

Evening Reflection Session

In the evening, you’ll have the opportunity to either enjoy some self-reflective time or interact with fellow yogis and instructors for guidance and feedback on your practice. Whether you seek solitude or community, both options are designed to enhance your overall experience and deepen your personal yoga journey.
